fMRI for Amber Frey

With all the controversy over Terry Schiavo, and all of the hopla surrounding Scott Peterson, I couldn't help noticing a particular parallel to the cases:

As I recall, some people want to do an fMRI on Terry Schiavo to see if there is any brain activity.
After watching the news program on tonight where they interviewed Amber Frey, I couldn't help but wonder if it would be a good idea to do an fMRI on Amber Frey's brain. I wonder which brain would show more activity.
